Events
- Shivaratri: Four prahar (eighteenth part of a day) prayers and abhisheka in night.
- Shankaracharya Jayanti: Worshipping Shankaracharya ji and reading of his bhashya.
- Gurupoornima: Worshipping our Guru (teacher).
- Shravana: Special pooja on each Monday of the Shravana month (masa).
- Varshikotsava: Worshipping the Utsava images. Special prayer from Samaveda.
- Janmashtami: Lord Krishna’s birthday. Sri Krishna-Leela-Varnan in the night and worshipping Lord Krishna.
- Ganesha Chaturthi: Worshipping Lord Ganesha at madhyahn (midday) and Modakaarchana (Offering of Laddus).
- Shaarad Navratra: Daily worshipping Devi Ji (goddess) for 9 days.
- Sharat Poornima: Presenting kheer (a sweet dish) before the Moon God during midnight & then Prasada-Vitaran (Distributing prasada).
- Deepawali: Decorating the temple. Praying with deepa (Lamp).
- Tripurotsava: Prayers and then lunch for all the devotees of Abu.
- Gita-Jayanti: Gita path (Reciting Bhagwad Gita).
